Order was not delivered

I placed an order on Monday for my anniversary which was yesterday on netflorist website.i paid immediately and called them on Tuesday to confirm my order.I was assured that the order would be delivered yesterday and after calling them on several occasions yesterday to find out how far the order is no one could give me a answer.<br> <br> i called netflorist this morning twice and on both occasions the guy put the phone off in my ear.This must be the worst service i have ever received.<br> <br> I will never make use of their service again and i wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them either.
