Order still not delivered

Never been so disappointed,really

Order placed on Thursday 22 Dec 2022 - i selected this order because it said the gift would be delivered the next day (Friday 23 Dec2022) - however, i told myself if Netflorist doesn't make it on 23 Dec, the 24 Dec 2022 is still fine but to my surprise - to this day order is still on its way. -Today it's Wednesday 28 Dec2022 - and still this order is on its way

What do i do What was the point of it all
