Order sent but NOT confirmed with OTP

After attempting a few times to place an order when the OTP never arrived.<br> Only later in the day was i able to get the OTP while on the computer website.<br> I removed all the other items and only used the latest OTP on my cell phone.<br> There were 11 OTPs in total yesterday.<br> Why would I send several items with similar message to same person on the same day.<br> The only item I entered was the latest OTP for the Mancrate ONLY.<br> <br> Please reimburse my Discovery Miles for the other items I didnt enter the OTP for!!!
