Hello...<br> Order was placed 5 hours ago, I sent an email and phoned the call centre to get a time for delivery, and I was told the order was not even released yet. And they cant give me a time. <br> I know your time says between 9 and 5pm but I need the order delivered before 3pm. It was a simple order of chocolates, should not take 5 hours to process. If I track the order now, it still shows in \been processed\". Would have expected a much more efficient and quicker turn around time for same day deliveries."
