I've never had an issue with Netflorist and on our anniversary they decide to mess up. The driver called the wrong number when delivering and no one even called my number as they usually do if they can't get hold of the recipient. I had a live chat with Rose thorn who insisted that the driver called the right number when I requested her to send me the number that's on the system it was evident that the driver dialed the wrong but Rose tried to cover up for the driver at 1st instead of admitting the error this is totally unacceptable Never using you again you've just messed up they day
