Worst delivery service in the world. This was meant to be a surprise gift, but it only got delivered the next day after I complained to an agent who told me that the delivery date is not guaranteed, so why the hell do you give us an option to set the delivery date? It was a gift for Mother's Day to my wife. Pathetic and disgusting service!!!!
