I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received as I placed an order on the 25/07/2025 where I also stipulated the time of delivery to be before 16:00 as the recipient knocks off then.

I made a call to the call centre and was adviced that they would deliver before 17:00 on the day. The recipient stayed behind as it was her birthday but got a call from the delivery guy at 16:54 to say he is stuck in traffic and won’t make it on time. They sent an email to say they would prioritise the delivery on Monday the 28/07/2025.

It is now Wednesday the 30/07/2025 and they still haven’t delivered.
