Order number ***

Netflorist standards have gone down down down....they mix up orders, deliver the wrong thing and when you follow up they dont call back they promose to call or email you but they dont.....l have been waiting for my order since Tues last week they delivered half of the order but it was wrong bever got the other half or the right one! I am so unhappy as this was for an Occasion happening this Sat now l ask for my refund they wont give me! Emails they dont reply emailed Portia, Monique, Design department noone rep**** to ask if l got my order since last week
