Order Not Processed, money dedudted - No Feedback Received

I placed an order, but an error occurred during payment. The order does not appear under my Order History, yet the money was deducted from my boss's bank account.

I reported the issue and requested a refund directly to his bank account, clearly stating that a credit on my account would not be acceptable.

To date, I have received no feedback. When I called to advise them the money was deducted but order does not reflect under order history, Thabelo asked whether I was sure the order did not reflect, despite me confirming that I had checked.

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
