order not delivered

The worst service ever I placed a order on Friday for a delivery on Monday and it is now Tuesday and I am still awaiting my order. I ask to speak to a manager and get told that when the manager has time they will call me back. When I asked when can i expect to receive my delivery I get told that they are out on delivery till 5 and i can expect it from now till 5 today. The service is pathetic and we receive no assistance
