Order not delivered and missed occasion and still not delivered after 2 days

I placed an order on the 28th for delivery on the 29th and now it is the 30th and the order is still not delivered even after I was promised that it will be prioritised today.

My order missed the occasion already yesterday; and am still told the delivery times can not be guaranteed; after two 2days.
