Order not delivered

I am really not happy! I have placed my order on the 25th of October 2022 to be delivered on the 27th of October 2022. And nothing has been delivered.

I have phoned 16:45 and I was told you are still in your delivery time the driver will phone if he is not there at 5. He did not phone to make other arrangements! It was a delivery for our anniversary today!! I am so disappointed 😞
