Order No. ***. You spoiled my wife’s birthday present. I wanted her to receive a present before she knocks off at 13h00 today 21 August 2026 and you messed everything up. I made the order on the 20th of August 2026 and on your system it would have been a same day delivery, so what made you fail to deliver the following day (21 August 2026) if you could have delivered on the 20th of August 2026.

I’m really upset and this is probably the last time I’m using Netflorist. You don’t care about a special event of my wife’s birthday. I made a special note that my wife knocks off at 13h00. What a poor service on your side. 😞
