Order never delivered

Absolute brazen theft!!! My order was never delivered and they said it was.

My order was "delivered" on the wrong day to another person at another random address. It was signed for by 'Rudy' whoever that is and was never received by the recipient.

How is it acceptable to just claim an order has been delivered and allow the delivery staff to just ***** the order or claim they delivered it.
