Order Incomplete Again

I had ordered my mother flowers and cupcakes for her birthday. As i was not home to receive the order myself, i had asked my dad to keep a look out for the delivery. upon getting home i had noticed there were no cupcakes and my dad told me he had not received the item, unaware of the full order. The delivery persons should be aware of what they are delivering and specifically to whom they are delivering to. This is not the first time i have received an incomplete order and also the reason i do not order from netflorist unless i absolutely have to. We also once again had not received the so called free chocolates with the purchases ordered before the 10th. I will be interested to see how they deal with this matter as i have emailed them and will be giving them a call.
