Order for Delivery 02 Oct 2015 still not delivered

Birthday Flower order placed for delivery on 02 October 2015 still not delivered!!<br> After numerous phone calls to the call centre and lies from the driver about trying to deliver, I responded with the full story to the manager yesterday and still haven't received a response to my email.<br> <br> Don't ever use Netflorist, I certainly won't. Their website claiming 100% guarantee is absolutely false!
