order (flowers) not delivered during valentine day
On the 7th Feb 2018, I made and order for flowers to be deliver to my wife (Marcia Makhari) and address and contact Nr provided as per attached , proof of payment was sent on the 12 February 2018, on the 14th Feb 2018 I called NetFlorist around 11:30 and I was guaranteed that my order will be delivered as per attachment below.
NetFlorist never call the recipient (Marcia Makhari) just to track her , never call me either. on the 15 I called NetFlorist in the morning told me that my order will delivered on the 15th Feb after valentine day, My order was meant only for that special day during 2018. my wife was so disappointed and my relation became ugly because of NetFlorist. ..........................................
Hi Kennedy Just like Elvis, your order of You are one in a Million Red Rose Vase ( ********** 98) for delivery to Marcia has left the building. The estimated time could vary based on Izzie’s taxi turning right, left and then doing a U-turn at the same intersection, and all the cars who’ve stopped to watch the show.
BUT, our drivers are devoted to their cause, and will do their best to get to Marcia on time.
Sincerely, Dear Kennedy Makhari, We just wanted to let you know that we attempted delivery of your order Item Number ********** 98 today but we were unfortunately unsuccessful because The recipient was not available to accept the gift;
Your order will be marked for priority and a new gift will go out as soon as possible.
Kindest Regards,

Comment Content: Hi Kennedy Please note that two receptionists at our building entrance confirmed that there was never a delivery from Netflorist for Marcia and I never received a call from the company in question. That simply indicates that there was never an intention to make a delivery on Valentine’s day from that company and the order was specifically for the day. That is the worst service ever.
