Order flowers and get worms for free in you arrangement

I use Netflorist for all the company's floral requirements from happy moments to sad moments or even just a thinking-of-you moment. I sent flowers to a collogue and after 3 days she noticed a worm in the arrangement. On day 4 the arrangement was covered in worms . I contacted Netflorist and informed them of what happened. I had to supply proof of the unwanted guests on the arrangement as well as my order details. Their response was to hide behind T&C of the company that a complaint must be made within 48 hours. No apology for the bad product provided just that I had to lodge a complaint within 48 hours. Only when I responded to this, they apologized for the bad experience but again bring it under my attention that I had to lodge the complaint within 48 hours. Netflorist, I will never use you again
