Order delivered incomplete

Ordered flowers and the order delivered was incomplete. I was promised a re-delivery, but still waiting for item to be delivered. Had I not asked the recipient if she received all the items this would not have been picked up. I've been ordering flowers with Netflorist for years and years and feel really disappointed by this
