Order delivered but not received.

I placed an order on wednesday for delivery on 23/02, i received notification that the parcel was about to be delivered yesterday afternoon at 15:41, my friend never received his present. This morning I received a message that it was delivered this morning at 7:46 and it was still not delivered. I called to follow up and was told they will call me back and no call, I got another email that his gift was delivered at 10:06 and still nothing, called again and was told they cant help me due to load shedding. we are now at 13:00 and still no delivery. Needless to say I look like a lair and complete idiot.
