Order delayed twice

I placed an order on the 31st of January for the 14th of February. Order has not arrived. Some one called me on the 14th saying it will arrive the 15th. Now on the 15th someone called me to say it will arrive the 16th. I placed the order in January to avoid this problem.i will never use their service again
