Order cancelled, yet delivered, no refund, terrible service

<p>Shoulin,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the last time I’m going to request a Manager’s contact details.</p> <p> </p> <p>SEND IT TO ME IMMEDIATELY AS I WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS:</p> <p> </p> <p>I placed an order 10/2/2017 <br />The order did not go through on your website yet the money was deducted from my account <br />The order was cancelled 14/2/2017, 15/2/2017 and again on 16/2/2017 <br />Half the order was delivered anyway 16/2/2017 <br />Half the order was not delivered <br />The half that was ordered, was not correct (a grey teddy instead of a white one that was ordered – this has to be rectified) <br />I have been told that the order was cancelled 3 times, yet half of it was delivered. <br />I have been told that my refund was loaded, yet half the order was delivered <br /> </p> <p>I have all the supporting correspondence to confirm the above.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON??</p> <p> </p> <p>RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
