Order Brief not followed

Order specification were not followed ,i order a Journal for Mothers Day received 10/05/2025 and Mother's day being 11/05/2025 i had no choice but to allow my Mother to receive the gift but the brief was not followed.

Yes the order is a Journal but the one order had a name and message but decision were made to omit some fields without proper communication.
