Order at your own risk

I placed an order on 3 June 2020 to be delivered to my partner on 4 June 2020 at his workplace. No delivery has been made. I've never came across of such incompetence. What's the whole point of showing delivery dates when there will be no delivery on the dates specified. I'm disappointed and never ordering again.
