Order and Delivery not the same

I ordered a special that was advertised on the Netflorist website, and what was delivered was not the same. I ordered the mixed roses in cellophane, and was supposed to come with free Lindt chocs. what was delivered was a bunch of roses, wrapped in paper, and no chocolates. I understand that this might be small and insignificant, but it was for a loved one on her birthday. Now it seems like I didn't make a good impression or put enough thought into the flowers i sent. I am really disappointed. The order number is ***. Further to this I also got a scratch card from Daddys Deals that afforded me free delivery from Netflorist for my next order. when i put in the number after placing my order, it told me that the voucher had already been redeemed?
