Order and delivery differ significantly

What i ordered online and what Netflorist delivered is vastly different and much cheaper than what I paid - red roses in expensive vase vs yellow daisies in cheap vase.<br> <br> They did not even bother to ask whether they can substitute with something different!<br> <br> I will never use Netflorist again, but then again they don't respond to hellopeter in any event (even though they ask to provide feedback here). Mindboggling
