Order 4 days in advance and gets delivered late

I ordered an edible arrangement for a colleague for her birthday and requested that it be delivered. I placed my order 4 Days in advance with the request that it is delivered as soon as possible on the day as she is leaving early. I called the call center twice and re-iterated to them the nature of the delivery.<br> WELL, it was delivered an hour after she had already left, and now she did not receive her birthday gift. Quite disappointing. Zelda
