Orchid not delivered a week after the event

I ordered and paid for an orchid on the 7th of May for delivery on the 16th of May to Assa*** KZN. It was for a special birthday - 80 years.<br> Much to my horror I was told this afternoon (22nd May) that the orchid was being delivered!!! I phoned immediately and cancelled the order - the ship had sailed and there was no point in the delivery now.<br> I have asked for a full refund and will certainly never use Netflorist again.
