Opinion lowered

Today my opinion of netflorist was badly lowered. I ordered a birthday gift on the 31st of January and set delivery for the 5th February.

Today the 2nd February I got a mail saying the order was out for delivery. I called to find out what was going on and was told a system glitch sent the mail in error and it would be delivered the 5th as ordered.

Today 2nd February I was called by the recipient to say thanks even though it’s before there birthday.

Now come on it was for their birthday but gift was delivered early. It’s not happened before how can netflorist slip like this.
