ONLINE ORDER - FAIL!

I have been trying to place an order online since yesterday and have spent hours on the net and it's error after error. They have such nice stuff, but it's such a mission to get your order place. I even tried their call centre and they cannot help me. They just ask me to try again in the next 20 minutes. Really frustrating. I still want the stuff, but have no idea when and if I will be able to complete my order successfully.
