Online flower delivery that don't deliver on time. Too ***********. I don't recommend their services.

I made the order yesterday 6th May after I saw their advert saying if you order after 12pm they can schedule for your order to be delivered the next day. Bare in mind today is my partner's birthday. Due to covid 19 regulations I couldn't be with her. So I decided to buy her a birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered. I then called to check on the delivery of the order. And apparently it was never made. And I was told they never received my proof of payment. Yet I sent it immediately after making the payment via email to *** on the 6th May.

I am so disgusted at their service because after I called their client care line. I got an agent Phumlani saying they'll sort it out and my order will be delivered tomorrow on the 8th.

Yet after speaking to the agent I'm still getting an email from *** saying my order will be done on the 19th May. Imagine that's 12 days after the birthday of my partner. I'm really ****ed off at their stinking service.
