One week for delivery????

Their system is not working the way it should. I selected a same day delivery and their website processed my order and no where did it show at all that they can not deliver in the area I specified yet after looking at the email confirmation AFTER payment was made from my side, I see that they will only deliver a WEEK later. If I knew that or the system at least showed me this I would not have made the order!
