Once is a mistake, Twice is a habit.

Last month I placed an order at Netflorist for a friends birthday. I wanted to send her flowers and donuts of which I was informed cannot be ordered together so I needed to pay a double delivery fee. I obliged anyway only to have the most embarrising donuts delivered that were supposed to say 'Happy Birthday Ez' and were delivered 'Happy Biz Day'. See Image. After I made a complaint Netflorist rectified the order with apologetic flowers to the receipient the following day. - Once is a mistake.

So when it came to Mothers day, I thought I'd give them another shot. I ordered a bouquet of Tulips and spent time writing something meaningful to put on the card. The tulips were delivered with a card that just said my name. Such a personal holiday, such an impersonal card. Not what I paid for. - Twice is a habit.

Netflorist, whoever does the interpreting from the black and white print to the actual orders is going to make you lose business.

A once loyal customer.
