Once bitten twice never shy

Being let down by Netflorusted 3 years ago I decided they learnt from their lesson and decided to give then a chance and surprise my wife at work with at her workplace with a bouquet of roses and chocolates. I selected my stuff and paid with SPECIFIC DEL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE 2PM. I received an email saying my ordered is CONFIRMED but without the chocolates. I rep**** by asking what happened to the chocs but then on reviewing the website I assumed it was going to be done free cos it was a special for Mothers Day with all orders. Guess what I placed my.order 5 may delivery for 6 may and it is 7 may and my order is still in transit. Netfloryusted has let me down again. I do blame myself and I am so depressed for trusting them with my so precious memories. Please hellopeter every year send me a reminder not to use Netflorusted they ruined my life. Please refund me and apologize to my wife with my in intentions. She thinks I didn't care which isn't the case
