Once agian not a happy customer

First Complaint:<br> <br> Last week friday the 12 Febuary 2015 my husband sent me flowers worth R850.00 two days laster most of the flowers are dead!!!! there was supose to be 24 roses only 22 roses come in the vase!!!! i cant attach the photos but will put them on your facebook page... <br> <br> Second complaint<br> <br> I order a box of sweety pie arrangements last week delevering date was for today 15 febuary 2015 they waited for the last min to call me to let me know they dont have stock or that they dont make it in Durban, so they said they will refund me wasint very please with that so i said sent my the voucher no so i can sent something else insted waited for half an hour so i decided to call back i spoke to a guy not sure of his name i told him what happend and he put me on hold for 20 min before he decided to drop the phone in my ear, no bother of calling me back or anything as far as the order is i said im not going to pay in the R20.00 they can give it in the order they mess up.... this is very sad me and my husban has been doin g alot of business with you guys... just wanted to say this is the THANKS we get a slap in our face for just wanting the best for our friends and family
