Once again I burn my fingers with this pathetic company

Placed an order yesterday morning and received confirmation of same day delivery. As of now nothing delivered, with no communication other that the numerous calls I've made today speaking with Karabo, Lynette and Lyle... And hopelessly waiting for Karabo's manager to supposedly call me back. Over the last year I have been plagued by the most pathetic experiences with this company... And after wanting to give them another chances, every time, I keep on coming off worse for wear. Ryan Bacher do you have any idea what pathetic service your company is being paid for by customers? If you do, you should hang your head in shame.
