On time delivery

The item was delivered on the scheduled date and the recipient was very pleased. The concern is that the free message indicating who the gift came from as cut of and did not reach the recipient. This almost caused a rift in the relationship as the partner of the recipient thought there is someone hitting on their better half. The second challenge I have is why does the system not allow the use of more than one wicode on the same transaction.
