OMG! Shocking Netflorist

OMG! What I ordered and what was delivered is absolutely shocking and so embarrassing. Ordered a beautiful bunch of roses for a friend and she received roses that were badly bruised, withered and ready to be thrown away! I cannot believe that people still use this company, I now will never use them again, been embarrassed too many times. I see they also don't respond to Hello Peter reviews, which doesn't surprise me as there are soooooo many complaints about them. Cannot believe their quality control and the fact that they let half dead flowers get delivered. Shocking Netflorist.... people beware as what you order and pay for is not always what is being received! Half the time you don't get to see what is delivered, hence too much trust is put into this lot - always check what is in fact delivered as you too may be embarrassed! Becareful when using them, I don't know how they stay in business.
