Old flowers delivered to my wife on her anniversary

I ordered flowers from NetFlorist (which I have been doing for a while now) for my wife for her anniversary. The flowers she received were dead, even the delivery contact acknowledged that statement; he therefore asked my wife to contact Netflorist and raise the issue with them.

We raised this issue 3 times with NetFlorist. At the end of the day, were told that "these flowers come like that". After this response from their agent, we did not hear from then again. The total cost for these flowers was over R400.00.
