OLD flowers delivered for Mothersday :-(

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers day, she received it on Monday @ 17:52, the problem is that these flowers when it arrived were half dead. I have photos of this arrangement taken the day after it was received - I am really disappointed!!!!!
