Old flowers and no v****

I ordered flowers in V**** from Netflorist, via call centre, I received old flowers in a wrapper which we through away two days later because there were dead, I have tried calling them twice with a phone that only rings, I have also emailed them on the Oder email, this morning, nothing yet. I will not use them again and I will advise others to be cautious
