Oh wow great service!!!

<p>I ordered a same day delivery gift for a friend's birthday (same day as delivery, today). Around 3pm NetFlorist phoned to say there is a problem with the supplier they can only deliver the gift tomorrow, but they realise the birthday is today, can they deliver flowers in the mean time, free of charge!!! My friend just sent a picture and the most amazing beautiful STUNNING bouquet of flowers was delivered to her with a happy birthday note, her none the wiser her actual gift is comming tomorrow.... well done NETFLORIST... You GET customer service!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!</p>
