Occasion ruiners

A company that ruined my anniversary as well as mother's day, they did not contact the recipient they just left the parcel with someone else that live 2 houses away l, which the recipient doesn't even know I might add! My mother hasn't received her gift as those people still aren't at their home. My anniversary gift was left at the security gate I nor my husband who sent it was informed, I got upset at him thinking he forgot. They didnt even give all items like the balloons that was supposed to be there.
