Not worth the money

I'm so over NetFlorist. Their service is horrible. I ordered a gift on the 12th, the requested delivery date being the 13th. It only arrived on the 14th. How can you guarantee a delivery on a specific date, but not deliver? And then try to phone and deliver at 18:45 at night? No man, that's unacceptable. The point of anniversary and birthday gifts is to receive them during the day! Also, only half of the gifts showed up because something that was in stock when I ordered and paid, was now magically out of stock when it came time to deliver. With past orders, there were issues as well. Items being delivered at the very last minute, saying things are in stock when they aren't, etc. I will never use them again.
