Not what you ordered, or for when you ordered

Ordered a surprise personalized mug and baked goods for delivery next Tues (should have been Sun, but the online store told me that wouldn't be possible). Only the baked goods were delivered a day early, no mug to be found!! Way to RUIN a special surprise, NetFlorist!! Never again will I use this farce.
