Not what I ordered.

I ordered a "Small Red Heart Willow Rose" what came was a mess. There was no heart at all. There was a mess for roses. Its so pathetic. If this is the service I'm getting I will definitely not be using netflorist again. They clearly do not care about the making or transportation of the packages.
