Not up to standard

I had an order of "White Orchid" only to find out PURPLE has been delivered!!!!!!!!! I am disappointed as this is not my first using Netflorist, but this service is pathetic and not up to standard!

I specifically wanted White and not Purple, or else I would have just choose a purple one.
