Not the Valentines trusted and reliable service I was expecting!!!

I have been ordering flowers for Valentine’s Day for my daughter since she was a little girl from Netfforist. On 12 February I as usual place an order for flowers to be delivered 14th February before 8pm the same day. At 830 the driver arrives but by this time my daughter is in bed and “Valentines day is over guys”. On calling the call centre the next morning I am told they will make a new delivery and will refund the delivery fee wow thank you for that as compensation. Later on the 15 they deliver to my work premises as requested only for the flowers to be the same old, discolored and wilted bunch that I ordered. I then sent a message and was told that they would collect the old ones and deliver fresh flowers the next day being Friday. I emailed them to let them know that the delivery must be before 1pm so that my daughter would be there to receive them. Today the 19th February they have still not been delivered. Nice one Netflorist!!!
