NOT SO PICTURE PERFECT flowers for a birthday!!

I ordered this beautiful bunch of flowers, with the most amazing orange, pink and purple colours in, for my Mother in law's birthday from Netflorist. Only to find that what she received is SHOCKING, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING and definately not worth the R520 i paid for it. I could have picked the same flowers from my garden (and i dont have one) and it would have looked better!!!
