Not same day delivery - no accountability

<p>My friend suffered a personal loss on Wednesday morning, 16 November. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Hartbee****rt Dam, with the flowers i chose stating same day delivery. I received a phone call on Wednesday morning stating the flowers would only be delivered on Thursday morning. On Thursday i received a call saying the flowers would unfortunately only be delivered on Friday morning because the florist supplier in Haartbee****rt Dam is only open on Friday. It is now past 16h30 on Friday afternoon with no flowers being delivered!!!!! Netflorist blaming it on the supplier. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was also told on Thursday i would receive a R200 gift voucher for the inconvinience which i have not yet received. </p> <p> </p> <p>My friends loss is slighty more bitter now as she did not receive my flowers with my note when it mattered most! </p>
